Energy Levels on the Up

I’ve started excercising with my sister, and a personal trainer once a week. I’ve only been doing it for six weeks and so far I’m delighted with my progress. I feel so much fitter and I am also starting to lose weight. So far about 8lbs – my next weigh-in is next week. I’m still taking my thyroid supplements, but I’ve cut out so much rubbish in my diet now thanks to your nutrition advice. My energy levels have increased, and I generally feel a lot better since I came to see you for bio-resonance.
